They will be playing at the nations largest tropical parrot rescue bennifit FUND RAISING EVENT on May 21 2011 in Harlem, GA

Went out last night to Augusta, Ga. to hear Southen Conduct band play. What a treat! This is such a dynamic, diversified band with lead played mostly by Bill Johnes that is smooth but smokin' at the same time. No cookie cutter riffs here. Mike Tesney plays seamless rhythm along with solid rockin' lead and vocals on chosen songs. The bass is strong and always thumpin' on time played by Chip Moss. And of course the drummer doesn't do too bad of a job (my husband) either considering he has only practiced this particular song list three times. Also, he is just a beginner with only 30+ years experience. Ha! You really need to come out and hear this band as they are definitely heads above the rest in southern rock and blues. Oh by the way, they DO NOT DO SHAG (were not hired to) but the crowd was intelligent enough, with the exception of one, to shag to whatever song they desired.

Last night was the debut of the new Southern Conduct. I had good time, it's great to play with a group of musicians with no attitudes, just good friends. DP
